We have recently experienced significant bandwidth issues, caused by the host, with our Technical Support Portal. Therefore with immediate effect we have relocated our tech support portal to http://support.micropcomms.co.uk.

This is a significant migration of data and the Technical Support team have worked extremely hard to make this as a simple and painless migration as possible.

All of the data from the existing server has migrated onto the new machine along with reseller login ID’s and reseller historic support tickets.

As of TODAY the new URL to access the Technical Support portal will be http://support.micropcomms.co.uk
